1. Service Agreement
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.
Service charges will be discussed and confirmed before relocation begins.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate details (pickup/delivery address, contact numbers, service requirements).
2. Packing & Moving Services
We ensure professional handling, packing, loading, transportation, and unloading of goods.
Fragile and valuable items should be declared in advance for special handling.
Customers must check their belongings before and after shifting; Century Packers and Movers will not be responsible for items not listed in the inventory.
3. Payments & Charges
All charges must be paid as per the agreed quotation.
Advance payment may be required before service initiation.
Any additional services (extra manpower, additional packing material, storage, etc.) requested during shifting may attract extra charges.
Payments are accepted via cash, bank transfer, or authorized digital modes.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Advance payments are refundable only if cancellation is made within the permitted time frame.
No refunds will be processed once the service has been initiated.
5. Liability & Insurance
While we take utmost care, Century Packers and Movers is not liable for any damage or loss due to natural calamities, accidents, theft, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are encouraged to opt for insurance coverage for their goods before relocation.
Claims for damages (if any) must be reported immediately upon delivery.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure proper packing of valuables such as jewelry, cash, and important documents as these are not covered under our moving services.
Necessary permissions (such as society gate passes, parking permissions, or entry passes) must be arranged by the customer before the moving date.
7. Use of Website
The content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Century Packers and Movers and may not be copied or reproduced without prior permission.
Misuse of our website or services will lead to termination of service and possible legal action.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
